Pineapple Balsamic Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Coratina EVOO
2 T honey
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Add vinegar, honey, salt & pepper to a bowl or blender. Whisk or blend, and slowly drizzle the oil while whisking or pulsing, until smooth. Allow to sit for 15 minutes and use!
