Maple Bacon Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS (PER GLASS):
6 slices bacon
1/4 C shallots
1 t dijon mustard
1/4 t salt
1/4 t fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Cook bacon. Drain on paper towels, saving 1 T of drippings. Sautee shallots in bacon drippings for 4 minutes.
In a small bowl: whisk balsamic, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper together. Stir bacon
