Coconut Lime Summer Salad
Ingredients:
6 cups loosely packed spinach
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup Persian Lime Olive Oil
1/3 cup Coconut Balsamic
1/2 cup toasted coconut
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cut feta cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Toss spinach with Persian Lime Olive Oil and Coconut Balsamic.
Add sliced strawberries, feta cheese, cashews, and toasted coconut. Toss and serve.
