Balsamic Bubbly
INGREDIENTS (PER GLASS):
6 ounces Prosecco
1 1⁄2 tablespoons Dark Balsamic Vinegar of your choice (we suggest Blueberry, Strawberry or Raspberry Balsamic Vinegars)
1⁄2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (mild, such as Arbequina)
Fresh blueberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the balsamic vinegar in a champagne flute.
Add the olive oil.
Pour 6 ounces of Prosecco into the glass.
Add fresh blueberries and enjoy!
