Strawberry Balsamic Jam

INGREDIENTS:

Instructions:

  1. Combine sugar and traditional balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook uncovered until the sugar is dissolved.

  2. Add strawberries and thyme to sugar mixture, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Cook uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Remove thyme, allow jam to cool, store in the fridge in an airtight container
