Strawberry Balsamic Jam
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups white sugar
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (or Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar)
2 sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions:
Combine sugar and traditional balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook uncovered until the sugar is dissolved.
Add strawberries and thyme to sugar mixture, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Cook uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove thyme, allow jam to cool, store in the fridge in an airtight container
