Project Self-Sufficiency in Newton, NJ, is a non-profit that helps low-income families in Sussex, Warren, and Hunterdon counties achieve economic independence through services like job training, childcare, case management, and basic needs assistance (including a food pantry). They offer a wide range of programs, from career development and life skills training to housing assistance and health/wellness support, all aimed at empowering individuals and preventing poverty. A truly wonderful organization.
