Persian Lime Guacamole

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 ripe avocados

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1 serrano chili pepper, minced

  • Lime sea salt

  • 1 T Persian Lime Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine avocados, tomato, onion and chili pepper. Mix until blended. Add lime sea salt and pepper to taste. Stir in Persian Lime Olive oil and lime juice. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables!
