Orange Olive Oil Cake
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups flour
3 eggs
2 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 T Orange Olive Oil
Zest of 3 oranges
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 pinch salt
2 t baking powder
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Prepare a bundt pan, butter and flour
Whisk eggs and sugar together; add milk, Orange Olive Oil and orange zest
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
Add the wet ingredients to the dry mix
Pour mixture into the prepared cake pan and bake for 50-55 min.
